Athletic Trainers have the option of adding their coaches into SportsWare and can see a number of benefits! Coaches can access real time information regarding athlete availability for practice and games, recieve alerts on new injuries and paperwork completion, and even view injury information and exercise plans if given permission. To add a coach to SportsWare, please follow the steps below. Please refer any questions regarding coach's access to Sales@CSMiSolutions.com!

Roster Report

1 Under the "Admin" Menu, select "Users" 

2 Click "Add Coach"

3 Click "Full Name" and fill in required fields on this page. The required fields are full name and email address.

4 Click "New Pwd" & "Confirm Pwd" and fill in if assigning the Coach their password.

If not, the Coach can set their own password by clicking the 'forgot password' link

on the Sportsware login page.

5 Click to give desired permission on the databases below by sliding to YES and checking the box next to the selection. Generally, athletic trainers will provide access to the "Athlete" database and utilize the other options on a case by case basis.

6 Click 'Restrict Sport Access' Tab, here you can restrict access to Coaches for just their sport ONLY. To give access to multiple sports hold down the 'control key'

during selection.

7 Click "Save" You have added your Coach!
