Coach Portal

Coaches have different access privileges than Athletes/Parents or ATC/Admin user accounts. To add a coach, you must use the + Coach add coach button button on the Admin > Users page. This type of user does NOT take up a floating license.

You can quickly see if a certain User on the account is a Coach by checking for the word Yes in the column marked below.


Below is a screenshot of the dashboard a coach sees upon logging in. The coach below has access limited to Athletes who play Softball.

When clicking View next to an Athlete's name, a Coach will see a report for the athlete with only relevant information. Below is a screenshot of the report shown. Notice the Status notes in the top most section. These are the only notes that Coaches can see, and are inputted on the General page of an Athlete record.

The Travel Report gives the information shown in the below screenshot for all the relevant athletes (in this case, 13).
