SportsWareOnLine Updates – Jan 2025
The January SportsWareOnLine update includes a number of new features, including:
Web (To be released the week of Jan 27th): New filter and display options for the QuickTreatment program. These new filters help prevent athletes from selecting old injuries or rarely used modalities.
Mobile App (v1.0.135 available on the Apple and Google Play Stores Shortly): Medical History and Phone databases and Join SportsWare features have been added to the Mobile app. This now allows athletes to enter and update all their information directly in the SportsWare Mobile App.
Web App
QuickTreatments (QT)
As requested by our users, the Web application now allows you to filter the Injuries and Treatment Modalities which are displayed in the QuickTreatment program.
From the Admin, Institution, menu, scroll down to the Quick Treatment Filter Defaults. Here you can specify length of time, closed status and hidden status for Injuries available to select.

From the Picklists, Treatment Items, you can specify modalites ias being Favorite (QT). The QuickTreatment program will display any modaliteis marked as Favorite or used in the athlete’s most recent treatment session. Note: If you do not select any Favorite (QT) items, SportsWare will display all available modalities.

Insurance Card on Travel Report
The Travel Report now includes images of the front and back of the Athlete’s Insurance Card.
Removed PHQ-9 Depression Severity from Athlete Dashboard
The PHQ-9 Depression Severity is no longer displayed on the Athlete Dashboard. Only the total score is displayed.
Mobile App
Join SportsWare
Athletes can Join SportsWare from the Mobile App.
Medical History Database
The Medical History database has been added to Athlete records.

Phone Database
The Phonebook database has been added to SportsWare. A new menu was added to the Dashboard to select the Phonebook.
You can select contacts from your phone contact list to add to SportsWare. Note: The first time you select this option, SportsWare will ask to share access to your contact list. After sharing, SportsWare will only add contacts you select from the shared list.
