For Athlete or Parent accounts, this can happen if the same email and password combination was used for an old school and a new school. Please follow the reset password procedure to change the password to something unique.
Be aware that the email you receive will have 2 copies of your name, each with their own password reset link.
Once you’ve reset the password, log in again. Check which institution the account is associated with in the bottom right corner of the page footer. If this is still the wrong account, log out and log back in using the “original” password. Now you will be logged into the account associated with the correct institution.
If you’d like your email address removed from the old school, email the Athletic Trainer at that school. SportsWare reps don’t have access to this protected health information to do this on your behalf.
For ATC/Coach/PT/Admin accounts who might be logging in as an Athlete instead of an Admin account; this happens if you created a test account using the same email address as your admin account. Follow the steps outlined above to change your password and ensure you're logging into the correct instance.
