SportsWare Plus gives you the ability to securely message and video call with the athletes, coaches, parents, and other users. 

Starting a New Chat/Video Call 

To start a new Chat click   then click                                                                                 

To Start a Chat with an Athlete or Parent:

Select the Athlete under the Athlete Topic dropdown menu then select the athlete and/or parent you would like to add to the chat

Type message then click  to send

To Start a Chat with a Coach or another Athletic Trainer/User:

You have the option of selecting an athlete as the topic of a chat under the drop down menu

Select all participants and click start conversation

Type message then click  to send

Open Previous Conversations

Click   then select the conversation and click open conversation

Starting a Video Call 

To start a video call you will need to create a chat with all of the participants as instructed above. 

After you create the chat, you will be able to start a video call using  within the chat
