Submitting Insurance Reports Through SportsWare

Bob McCloskey (BMI)

Note: You must be an Admin on your SportsWareOnLine account to perform this function.

 

1.     From the ADMIN menu, select INSTITUTION.

 

2.     In the INSURANCE COMPANIES area, BOB MCCLOSKEY EMAIL field, BMI claim examiner’s e-mail address. Note: If you want to send copies of the report to multiple examiners, enter each address separated by a semicolon, e.g. “person1@gmail.com; person2@hotmail.com; person3@email.com”.

 

3.     Check the OPEN REPORT AFTER EXPORT checkbox if you want the view the report after it has been exported.

 

Note: Exported reports are automatically saved as an attachment for the associated Injury.

 

4.     Click the SAVE button, and logout of SportswareOnline to apply the changes.

Exporting an Injury to BMI 

1.     Click the INJURY database button.

 

2.     Select the Injury that you want to export to BMI.

 

3.     Press the BOB MCCLOSKEY button to export the selected injury record.

 

4.     The following pop-up box should be displayed indicating that the selected injury record was exported to BMI, and that an attachment of the record was saved.


First Agency Insurance

Note: You must be an Admin on your SportsWareOnLine account to perform this function.

 

1.     From the ADMIN menu, select INSTITUTION.

 

2.     In the INSURANCE COMPANIES area, First Agency Email field, enter the First Agency claim examiner’s e-mail address. Note: If you want to send copies of the report to multiple examiners, enter each address separated by a semicolon, e.g. “person1@gmail.com; person2@hotmail.com; person3@email.com”.

 

3.     Check the OPEN REPORT AFTER EXPORT checkbox if you want the view the report after it has been exported.

4.     Click the SAVE button, and logout of SportswareOnline to apply the changes.


Exporting an Injury to First Agency Insurance

 

1.     Click the INJURY database button.

 

2.     Select the Injury that you want to export to First Agency Insurance

 

3.     Press the First Agency button to export the selected injury record.

 

4.     The following pop-up box should be displayed indicating that the selected injury record was exported to First Agency, and that an attachment of the record was saved.


A-G Administrators

Note: You must be an Admin on your SportsWareOnLine account to perform this function.

 

1.     From the ADMIN menu, select INSTITUTION.

 

2.     In the INSURANCE COMPANIES / HOSPITAL NETWORKS area, check the A-G ADMINISTRATORS checkbox to enable this feature for the Institution.

 

3.     Click the SAVE button, and LOGOUT of SportswareOnline to apply the changes.


Exporting an Injury to A-G Administrators 

1.     Click the INJURY database buttons.

 

2.     Select the record that you want to export to A-G Administrators.

 

3.     Press the A-G ADMIN button to export the selected record.

 

4.     The below pop-up box should be displayed indicating that the selected record was exported to A-G Administrators, and that an attachment of the record was saved.


NAHGA

Note: You must be an Admin on your SportsWareOnLine account to perform this function.

 

1.     From the ADMIN menu, select INSTITUTION.

 

2.     In the INSURANCE COMPANIES / HOSPITAL NETWORKS area, check the NAHGA checkbox to enable this feature for the Institution. Enter NAHGA's claim examiner’s e-mail address. Note: If you want to send copies of the report to multiple examiners, enter each address separated by a semicolon, e.g. “person1@gmail.comperson2@hotmail.comperson3@email.com”.

 

3.     Click the SAVE button, and LOGOUT of SportswareOnline to apply the changes.


Exporting an Injury to NAHGA

1.     Click the INJURY database buttons.

 

2.     Select the record that you want to export to NAHGA.

 

3.     Press the NAHGA  button to export the selected record.

 

4.     The below pop-up box should be displayed indicating that the selected record was exported to NAHGA, and that an attachment of the record was saved.
