A-G Administrators: Claims Submission
via SportsWareOnLine
This guide
provides instructions for submitting claims to A-G Administrators using
the SportsWareOnLine software.
Note:
Initial setup requires Administrative access to your SportsWareOnLine account.
These steps must be performed within the Admin > Institution settings.
Initial
Configuration
1.
Navigate to the Admin menu and
select Institution.
2.
Locate the Insurance Companies /
Hospital Networks section.
3.
Toggle the A-G Administrators
radio button to Yes to enable this feature for your organization.

3. Click
the SAVE button, and LOGOUT of SportsWare OnLine
to apply the changes. As shown below:

Required
Fields for Submission
To ensure a
successful claim submission, the following fields must be completed. Please
note that while Athlete Database fields can be configured as
"Required" in your settings, Injury Record fields must be
manually verified by the Athletic Trainer.

(Must be
manually completed and verified by the Athletic Trainer)
Inside the
Athlete profile record please check the Insurance tab at the top of the screen
to make sure you have the Billing ID & the Member ID numbers present
as seen here:

Submitting
the Claim
Once all
required fields have been verified, follow these steps to finalize the
submission to A-G Administrators:
1.
Open the Injury database.
2.
Select the injury record you wish to
export to A-G Administrators.
3.
Click the A-G Administrators export
button to transmit the selected record.
This message will appear at the top of your screen:
Verifying a Successful Transmission
Once the export is complete, you can confirm the status by following
these steps:
1.
Navigate to the Injury database.
2.
Click on the injury record you
just submitted.
3.
Select the Attachments tab to
view the submission details.
4.
The date and time sent will be
displayed in the listing screen, confirming the record was successfully
transmitted.
