Important Update: Changes to the SportsWare Delete Function

Coming Soon: Soft Delete Will Transition to Hard Delete

Beginning 10/1/26 , the current Soft Delete option in SportsWare will be updated to a Hard Delete process.

 

What This Means

When a record is deleted in SportsWare, it is not immediately and permanently removed. On 10/1 a hard delete will be institutied where deleted data will  be permanently removed 90 days from the date of deletion.

 

During this 90-day recovery period:

  • Deleted records can be successfully restored if needed.
  • All records and data associated with the deleted item will also be restored.

 

After the 90-day retention period has expired, the deleted data will be permanently removed and will no longer be available for recovery.
