I'm having issues resetting my password.
If the link isn't working
These links are only valid for 24 hours. Please navigate to swol123.net and follow the reset password procedure to get a new link sent.
If you are getting an error that the “ticket has expired” when clicking the link within your password setup/reset email, then it has expired. This error occurs when you use a link outside of the 24 hour time frame.
If you are not receiving the email
Check your junk and spam folders. If the email is not in either of those folders, return to swol123.net and try resetting the password again. Pay close attention to spelling as there might have been a typo made previously. Always read the pop-ups that come from the site as these will indicate where the problem is happening.
For users on secure networks, please contact your IT department and have them add
admin@swol123.net to your safe senders list so the email will make it to your inbox.
To bypass the need for the email, users can contact an Admin User on the account to reset one's password directly.
If you reach out to CSMi support to reset your password for you, we will need to follow a procedure that can take between 24-48 hours to verify your authority to access the account and protected health information contained within. Please exhaust all other options stated above before contacting CSMi support to complete said process.
