I can't login to my account

For Athlete/Parent accounts:
If you are getting an error message that your email address can't be found in the system, please contact the school's athletics department or noted online contact for your school's SportsWare account. CSMi representatives cannot access this data due to privacy rights. 

Sometimes, your account might be locked out due to too many failed login attempts. Please contact an Admin of SportsWareOnLine at your institution for them to reset your login attempt count. You will then be able to login or reset your password. Always start by reaching out to an account admin to reset this kind of information. If there is NOT another admin user, please contact CSMi to start the user verification process which could take 24-48 hours. Then we will be able to assist with regaining access
