How do I view and restore a deleted record?

How do I view and restore a deleted record?

If you've deleted say, an athlete or injury record it's not totally gone from the system. You can use the filter menu to see deleted records while searching if you can't seem to find a record you know was inputted into the system.

To View Deleted Records:


  1. On the listing grid page, click on the filter symbol located in the top right area, above the grid. 
  2. In the window that pops up, click the box next to Deleted Records so there is a check mark. 
  3. Click Close.
  4. The grid will update to show the deleted records

To Restore Deleted Record:

  1. Follow the above steps to be able to see the deleted records.
  2. Click on the record you want to restore so it's highlighted.
  3. Click on the UNDELETE button. 
  4. Reverse the steps above so you are no longer viewing the deleted records.
  5. You will now see it in the normal listing grid.
